Queen Astrid on Facebook
I just discovered a delightful Facebook group dedicated to Queen Astrid, with interesting links and videos, and lots and lots of wonderful photos. I am glad to see that this kind and beautiful lady still has so many fans!
It seems so, and I've seen quite a few FB groups dedicated to historical figures, but not all attract that much attention. Astrid's memory is clearly still very much alive.
The love of one's neighbors, the sense of duty, truth, and justice, if applied to daily life, would spare mankind countless sufferings, troubles, and anxieties ...
The solution of the problems which oppress the world can only be found in the practice of Charity between individuals and between nations.

Nice to read this.
I made the page about Astrid, and I will keep going on, to save the memory of this gracious Queen.
