The Dutroux Affair
Belgium's most infamous scandal (warning: graphic content). It is appalling to think this could happen in a once Catholic country.
The love of one's neighbors, the sense of duty, truth, and justice, if applied to daily life, would spare mankind countless sufferings, troubles, and anxieties ...
The solution of the problems which oppress the world can only be found in the practice of Charity between individuals and between nations.

Wow, I can hardly believe this, it's just so horrible. Those poor girls!
I don't think Belgium is a Catholic country, but this is not the fault of Christian faiths.
It is not officially Catholic, and now not even culturally so.
