Prayer Request
Please say a prayer for my mother, who's just had rather a nasty fall.
I have done so. My grandmother took a couple such spills in recent years, breaking her hip on the last one. I can say it is very important to keep them in a forward-thinking mood. I don't know how old your mother is but sometimes the elderly are overcome by how long and slow the recovery can be and sort of 'give up' which can lead to other problems.
The love of one's neighbors, the sense of duty, truth, and justice, if applied to daily life, would spare mankind countless sufferings, troubles, and anxieties ...
The solution of the problems which oppress the world can only be found in the practice of Charity between individuals and between nations.
